Sold Products

You can return an items to merchants within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. You can choose between the two options. Either start a return by contacting the merchant via messages in MuseMatch, if no response within 24 hours contact MuseMatch support at assist.musematch888@outlook.com to proceed with return.

Damaged Products

You can return damaged items within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. To start a return, you can contact MuseMatch’s Support or merchant separately via MuseMatch messages. You should include as many details as possible, including photos, and keep the original packaging.

Altered Items

You cannot return items that has been cracked, scraped, or altered in any way after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.
