Return Policy
Original artwork
You can return an original artwork to artists within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. You can choose between the two options. Either start a return by contacting the artist via messages in MuseMatch, if no response within 24 hours contact MuseMatch support at assist.musematch888@outlook.com to proceed with return.
Artists: To insure integrity of the return have buyer send a photograph of the return receipt. Once they do, proceed with processing the return through your Stripe account.
Collector: Keep your return receipt to show proof to artist that the artwork is now in the hands of the postal service, so they can proceed with return.
Failure to comply to rules of return policy will result in deletion of users account.
Damaged artwork
You can return damaged artwork within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. To start a return, you can contact MuseMatch’s Support or artist separately via MuseMatch messages. You should include as many details as possible, including photos, and keep the original packaging.
Altered artwork
You cannot return artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in currency work was bought in.
